Abstract Submission Guidelines
All abstracts must be generated using the tool provided here and then submitted electronically through the web-based submission platform (New submission). Please read the following guidelines carefully before preparing your abstract.
📄 Submission Instructions
- Provide the full name, mailing address, phone number, and email of the first author.
- List all co-authors along with their respective institutional affiliations.
- All abstracts must be submitted exclusively through the Abstract Submission Form below.
- Do not modify the generated abstract or send it via email.
🧾 How to Submit
- Generate Your Abstract Template: First, complete the Abstract Submission Form below to generate your template.
- Save Your File: Once generated, save the "submission.docx" file to your removable disk.
- Go to the Main Menu: On the left side of the page, click on "New submission" (click here).
- Complete the Submission Form : Fill out the form with all the required information.
- Upload Your Abstract : From your removable disk, upload the generated "submission.docx" file.
- Finalize and Submit: Review all the information and click Submit to finalize your abstract submission.
Note All abstracts are peer-reviewed by two experts in the relevant field. Final acceptance may take up to three weeks.
📌 Poster Format
- Download the official poster template 👉 Download Poster Template
- Use visuals and charts to enhance readability.
- Poster title and author information must be at the top.
- Audience may have limited time to read — design for clarity.
- Poster size must be A1 (international size). Do not exceed dimensions.
- Avoid foam core, thick materials, or pushpins directly on boards.
- The poster must reflect the abstract accepted by the Scientific Committee.
- Please bring your printed poster with you to the conference.
